It’s all about the small victories. Babe Ruth, The Sultan Of Swat, is not going to contradict me. Why try to climb the Everest when you can set a more achievable goal toward, let’s say, the next shelter.
Every strike brings me closer to the next home run.
It’s great to be ambitious. It’s fantastic to want to achieve something special, something bigger. That type of will is certainly what I’m looking for, in the people I surround myself with, whether they’re my business partners, my co-workers or the teams I coach in their entrepreneurial journeys. But, it’s even a stronger skill to be able to break down this ambition is more achievable goals and climb, one strike at a time, the success ladder.
I would like to dedicate this post to Prototypo, a team that’s probably going to make my hall of fame. Their next strike will be this week at Madrid’s Typomad. And I’m looking forward to seeing their home run in the next few month!
What about you? What is your next strike going to be?
